Never a fan of horror movies growing up Dycee was shocked to, after viewing it at a party, find herself mesmerized by Philip Kaufman’s 1979 remake of Invasion Of The Body Snatchers. Since then her appetite for vintage horror films has been insatiable.

Inspired by late 1970’s horror movies such as: Repulsion, The Stepford Wives, Invasion Of The Body Snatchers and The Tenant, APOSTROPHE is a new take on old themes. It aims to reexamine threats of mind control, invasion, and the loss of identity in the face of struggle. Apostrophe will be her first feature film.
